Who to email for payroll questions

Email [email protected] for payroll and mileage questions.

  • Your pay period covers every shift you work from Sunday through Saturday. An overnight shift that starts Saturday night ends at midnight Saturday, and the hours after midnight fall into the new pay period that starts Sunday.
  • You are paid the following Friday, every Friday.
  • If you drive clients in your own car, email your mileage to [email protected].
  • Send mileage to the correct email and do not call the office repeatedly to follow up. The payroll team replies in order of priority.
  • Use the Viventium app to view paystubs, check your sick time balance, and submit time to use your sick time.

Where to find shifts

All open shifts are posted in the AlayaCare app.

  • Open shifts are posted in the AlayaCare app on the offers / open board.
  • Find the open offers and give a shift a thumbs up if you are interested.
  • A CSM or CalAIM scheduler will follow up with you if they are going to add you to the shift.
  • You do not need to call the office repeatedly asking for shifts. The scheduler sees your interest in the app.

Where to go for a TB test

Coast Care does not have a set location for TB tests. Finding a TB test location is something you arrange yourself. Any clinic, pharmacy, or urgent care that offers TB testing is fine, as long as you provide the results to the office.
